Andrew McClenaghan President, Principal Owner
Echidna owner, Andrew McClenaghan, holds a Bachelor of Mathematics majoring in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. He has worked full-time in small and large companies throughout his career, founding Echidna in 2001. McClenaghan has experienced managing all aspects of software development from requirements analysis to software production to quality assurance and deployment.
Victor Harris Manager of Business Development
Victor is a graduate of Brock University, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing. A skilled networker and avid community volunteer, Victor brings valuable marketing and business expertise to the Echidna team.
Amie Wisener Senior Consultant
Amie attended King’s University College at the University of Western Ontario. She has extensive experience in creating client centric strategies for print, web and the mobile industry. With a passion for web development and optimization, Amie often offers her skills in promoting and participating in community and fundraising events.
Amie’s innate ability to identify client needs and offer web based solutions for Echidna’s clients is what makes her a great member of our team.
Gabrielle Rickman Manager of Accounts
Gabrielle is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and handles account management for Echidna clients. Gabrielle is also responsible for internal operations and keeps our projects on time and on budget. Gabrielle has experience with an assortment of web-related technologies and can marshal client requests in a timely fashion making her a key member of our team.
Erin Brinen Consultant
Erin is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and holds a post-graduate degree in Corporate Communications & Public Relations from Fanshawe College.
With a background in communications, Erin has an uncanny ability to help our clients reach their target audience and deliver the right message through the right online medium. Erin’s in depth knowledge of the latest online marketing strategies and e-communication tools makes her a key member of the Echidna Client Services Team.
Brian Blatnicki Consultant
Brian is a graduate of Fanshawe College in both Marketing and Business Administration. Brian is an entrepreneur at heart, with a true passion for creativity and a fervent believer that marketing's purpose is to deliver business results.
Brian is passionate about community, building mutually beneficial relationships and a student of social media. Brian brings his valuable past experience from entrepreneurial, private and non-profit sectors to the Echidna Team client Services Team.
Warren Helland Senior Consultant
Warren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia. He is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in bringing cutting-edge technology to corporate clients, including Fortune 100 environments. He has experience providing enterprise web development solutions and has designed quality software architectures for large web and e-commerce applications.
Yan Zhang Senior Web Developer
Yan has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Peking University and is also a graduate of the Graphic Design program and Multimedia Design and Production program at Fanshawe College. A member of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario, Yan has the unusual complement of both graphic design and web programming skills that make on-line solutions both aesthetic and functional.
Mike Pace Web Developer
Mike is a graduate of the Fanshawe College Internet Technology program. Mike specializes in front-end programming and W3C compliancy issues on the web. Mike constantly has his ear to the blogosphere to keep our techniques up to date.
Dave Rino Interactive Art Director
Dave is a graduate of the Fanshawe Industrial Design program. Specializing in graphic design and usability issues on the web, Dave is an important member of the Echidna team. "Rino" has experience managing all aspects of website design and manages the ongoing development cycles for many Echidna clients.
Andrei Zvonkov Web Developer
Andrei received his Bachelors Degree from Andrews University (USA) specializing in Interactive Design & Multimedia. Since joining the Echidna team in 2009, Andrei’s knowledge of how to enhance the user experience has provided Echidna clients with valuable insight.
Scott Reeves Web Developer
Scott is a graduate of the Fanshawe College Graphic Design Program. Scott quickly made the jump from graphic design to web development as a way to take his designs online. Now a skilled web developer, Scott is familiar with a wide range of web technologies and specializes in theme development and module development here at Echidna.
Reeves is also passionate about open source technology and is an advocate for new web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
Marco DeLuca Interactive Art Director
Marco is a graduate of the Fanshawe College Multimedia Design and Production program. Specializing in interactive design and graphic design, Marco develops creative solutions that are both elegant and functional.
